Refund & Return Policy

At Masticha Gum, we care deeply about product safety and sustainability. Because our gum is a consumable product, any returned items must be discarded for safety and hygiene reasons. This process is wasteful and not environmentally friendly, so we discourage returns as much as possible. We kindly ask customers to consider this before requesting a return.

If Masticha Gum isn’t for you, we accept returns and provide refunds once we receive the returned product. Please fill out our contact form or email support@mastichagum.com before returning your order. Make sure to read the requirements below carefully:

Return Requirements:

• You have 14 days after delivery to initiate a return.

• We only accept returns if the product is unopened and in its original condition. Since Masticha Gum is a consumable product, we cannot accept opened items because of safety reasons.

• Return shipping costs are at the expense of the sender.

Important Notes:

• The refund amount will be slightly lower than the original payment, as we deduct fulfillment and shipping costs. This policy exists because returned products must be discarded for safety reasons.

• Returns sent to any address other than the one listed above cannot be processed and are not eligible for a refund, since our fulfillment centers are unable to handle returns.

• We are not responsible for any damage caused by courier services during return shipment.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once your return is approved, please allow up to one week for processing.
